Who is Jesus And Me?

Jesus And Me is a Christian streetwear brand built by Bryce Jamison, a high school athlete from Texas. The brand was created to bring together faith and street culture, clean fits that carry the Word. This is for everyone who loves the culture and loves God. You don't have to choose between the two.

What is the inspiration behind the brand?

The name Jesus And Me comes from Bryce's grandfather, PaPa Jam, who took him to church every Sunday growing up and kept him rooted in the Word. This brand is built on everything he planted. It's faith, family, and purpose, worn every day.

What does Jesus And Me stand for?

We stand for representing your faith without compromising your style. Every piece we put out is designed to be a conversation starter and a reminder that wherever you go, it's always Jesus And Me.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse our shop, select your item and size, and add it to your cart. When you're ready, head to checkout and enter your shipping and payment information. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes and cancellations may not always be possible. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at jamfamily.brand@gmail.com, and we'll do our best to help before your order ships.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No account needed. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and stay updated on new drops and restocks.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely through our payment system.

How do I find my size?

We include a size guide on each product page. We recommend checking your measurements before ordering since sizing can vary by style.

Do your items run true to size?

Most of our pieces run true to size with a relaxed streetwear fit. If you prefer a more oversized look, we recommend sizing up. Check individual product descriptions for any specific sizing notes.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery via USPS Priority Mail takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping promotions are offered periodically. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know when free shipping is available.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options may be available in the future. Sign up for our email list to stay updated.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly on the USPS website at usps.com.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and up to $100 in insurance coverage. If your package is lost or shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS directly.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Final sale and promotional items are not eligible for return. Please review our full Return Policy for complete details.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Contact us at info@jesusandme-clothing.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, size exchanges are available as long as the item is in its original unworn condition and the requested size is in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue a store credit.

What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?

We're sorry that happened. Please email us at info@jesusandme-clothing.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

How do I care for my garments?

To keep your pieces looking fresh, we recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble drying on low heat or air drying. Turn garments inside out before washing to preserve the print. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on any graphics.

Are your products made in the USA?

We source quality blanks and work with trusted print partners to produce our garments. Product origin information is listed on individual product pages when available.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Some items may be restocked and others may be limited runs. Sign up for our email list or follow us on Instagram at @jesusandme.clothing to get notified when items are restocked or when new drops go live.

How do I know when new drops are available?

How do I join a virtual Bible study session?

Session details and registration links are shared through our email list and Instagram page. Sign up at the bottom of our website to make sure you never miss an invite.

Are the Bible study sessions free?

Yes. Our virtual Bible study sessions are free and open to the community. This is bigger than the brand, it's about staying connected to the Word.

Do I have to be a customer to participate?

Not at all. Our Bible study sessions are open to everyone. You don't have to purchase anything to join the community. Come as you are.
